A hospitality management company with a diversified portfolio of hotel property brands, the Almulla Group’s specialist hospitality business division – Abjar Hotels International, building on the firm twin foundations of a strong franchise management operation and the company’s own managed property brands. 

Abjar Hotels International has developed a balanced portfolio of franchise and managed properties covering limited service, 2-star, 4-star, 5-star and 5-star super premium deluxe property segments, focused on the vibrant and attractive Dubai market.

Future Developments

With a focused approach and talented team of experienced professionals, the hospitality sector continues to produce attractive returns for investors and the Group continues to assess further acquisition and investment opportunities. 

There are firm plans to develop the hotel portfolio with franchise partners, as they increase their property stock and investment in Dubai’s rapidly expanding market for business travel and tourism.

The ongoing process of market evaluation and property acquisition is part of the unfolding strategy of the Group, which follows a conservative approach to portfolio building and diversification, and which takes a highly selective case by case basis view of potential opportunities, with careful assessment and focused due diligence.

Creating Group Synergies

The Group structure actively supports the integration of the hospitality business division and its services. There is a natural synergy with sister companies in areas such as healthcare tourism - which is a rapidly evolving sector - which is leveraged where appropriate.

Forward integration of the hospitality division operations - by taking specialist ancillary services developed inhouse to the open market – is another feature of the business and is a characteristic of the approach taken by the Group in developing and incubating new business interests.
