Naser Al Maghtheh’s role as Group Head Procurement involves strategy development, procurement, business planning, operations, budgeting, and workforce for the AlMulla Group. He directs and manages the performance of these areas in alignment with the group’s overall business growth strategy.

With a solid commercial knowledge and excellent insights into global financial markets gained over a career of more than 25 years, Al Maghtheh’s leadership and executive prowess straddle the worlds of business development and people management. 

Before joining the Mohammad & Obaid AlMulla group, Al Maghtheh worked with leading entities such as Sharjah Aviation Services, Arab Company for Shared Services FZ. LLC (wholly owned by Arab Bank), Arab Bank and Arab Life & Accident Insurance Company. 

Al Maghtheh holds a Bachelor of Science (Commerce) from the University of Jordan, Amman, and is bilingual with excellent communication and report writing skills in Arabic and English.
