Ziad Hamzeh brings over 25 years of experience managing leading construction projects in Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and the UAE. He holds a Master’s Degree in International Construction Management from the University of Bath, United Kingdom.

His exceptional leadership skills are evident in his various successful higher management roles, where he led as a project head or director, performing multiple tasks. Some duties included communicating on project status with clients, negotiating and allocating best pricing with subcontractors and suppliers, and analyzing critical structures for projects.

In his current role as Group Head of Projects at Mohamad & Obaid Al Mulla Group, he manages the entire Group’s portfolio of projects, ensuring they are delivered with a best-practice delivery approach; within the agreed scope, time cost, and quality.

Under his supervision, he has finalized the completion of 2 new Ishraq Hotels in Dubai South. He has also managed renovation and expansion projects within The American Hospital of Dubai and its various satellite clinics. He also manages all Al Mulla Real Estate projects that have over 1500 residential units spread all over UAE.
