Mr. Nassar leads and develops the Human Capital functions of Healthcare, Hospitality and Real Estate, the three main sectors across the Mohamed & Obaid AlMulla Group. He provides overall direction to maximise the human resource potential of the Group in alignment with its organisational aim and develops strategic functional KPIs and objectives for the Group’s employees.

Mr. Nassar’s dynamic track record is powered by his vital contributions in Group HR Strategy, HR Transformation Programs, Change Management, and many more allied functions.

Before joining the Mohamed & Obaid AlMulla group, Mr. Nassar worked with Arabtec Holding as Group Head of HR, with Towers Watson as a Talent Management & Rewards Consultant, and with Philadelphia Consulting as an HR Management Consultant.

Mr. Nassar has a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering, with Project Management Professional Certificate (PMP), and is a Certified Balanced Scorecard Professional.
